Clapham North MOT - Est 1960 Since 1960, Clapham North has been offering comprehensive MOT testing and servicing facilities for most types of vehicle including motorcycles.

We have brought together a unique team of experienced professional technicians. Clapham North was established in 1960 by the truly original Ronnie Grant. Clapham North was not only at the heart of Ronnie's London Cab business but also the head quarters of his own racing team where he brought together two of most famous motorsport personalities; John Barnard and Patrick Head. Ronnie started racing

in 1966 and in 1970 he won the final round of the Formula Vee British Championship. With Patrick Head developing and testing the engines at Clapham North and John Barnard refining and modifying the chassis of Ronnies' Lola racing car

Race day has arrived for Team Clapham North at Brands Hatch for Round 7 of ! Bright and sunny once again, and we're set to get underway with qualifying this morning, with Abbie and George ready to get their laps in.

Before four hours of Fun Cup Endurance racing gets underway at Brands Hatch on Saturday, we'll be part of the lunchtime grid walk, scheduled for 12:20pm*, so you can meet the drivers, see the cars up close and experience the thrill of the build-up before lights out.

If you're coming to Brands on Saturday, make sure you join the grid walk, stop by the No. 146 car and say hi - we'd love to meet you! 🏁

Our Brands Hatch Fun Cup UK Endurance Championship adventure starts tomorrow.

Testing for the No. 146 Team Clapham North squad gets underway Thursday, and continues on Friday as George and Abbie look to find their baseline ahead of Saturday.

Then, race day. Saturday sees the mandatory qualifying session in the morning after the random grid draw, with the lunch time grid walk preceding the main event - 4 hours of hard racing on the 1.2 mile Indy circuit.

Did you know - it was the Brands Hatch season opener last year that Clapham North made its very first appearance in , when George joined the No.210 car for his first go in the championship - this is where it all began!

Despite mechanical troubles, the weekend inspired George to buy the No. 146 car, recruited, as his co-driver once more - and the rest, as they say, is history...

We're certain we'll have much better like on our return to Brands this weekend - that first Masters podium is calling loud and clear...make sure you join us! 🏁

Team Clapham North head to Brands Hatch this weekend for the next round of the FunCup Endurance Championship — testing Thursday and Friday, race day Saturday.

Abbie Eaton and George Grant came agonisingly close to a maiden Masters podium at Donington, and go into this one with the bit between their teeth. Car #146 is ready to go again.
