After 8 years trading, we are looking to recruit a second receptionist. The applicant must be flexible as the responsibilities will vary. Roles will include answering the phones, taking bookings, organising the reception, buying and ordering car parts, creating invoices, filling in job cards, banking, paying invoices, sending and answering emails. Whilst also being a friendly face to greeting and helping our customers.
Work hours will be from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 7.30 am to 1.30 pm. Pay will be at the minimum wages to start, with a six months’ probation period. Reasonable paid time off is given for healthcare and other appointments throughout the year. 20 days holidays per year and all bank holidays paid. Company pension and wellbeing packages are accessible.
Skills needed: Very good English, good organisation, good collaboration, friendliness, team worker, willingness to achieve goals. Excellent use of word, excel and ICT skills. Accounting software knowledge is asked for however training on the job will be provided. Given our wide base of portuguese customers, speaking portuguese is favourable but not essential.
