Another incredible team we are very proud to be a part of for many years as we continue our close working relationship at Atlassian Williams F1 Team.

Our Racing Services Heat Exchange Cleaning Service and Testing programs are serving the team for continued cooling performance and managing engine wear rates and flow rates with our fully developed micron analysis service cleaning, flow testing, pressure testing and passivation processes.

With 4 new fully digital service rigs in place at our Serck facility with multiple test stages and many test features in the service we can offer multiple solutions to all cooler types.

More to come as we further develop the service in the following months.

So proud to be involved with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team as there plans to get to the front of the grid continue. Our Serck Racing services program on there heat exchangers is a critical performance factor in their race to capture every advantage.

Another example of one of our beautiful CNC machined custom cooling packs from Serck Motorsport. This was built specifically for Steve Venables 2500 hp Ford Mustang.

Steve came to us with a very specific need to cool this Street legal monster that has the capability of running 200+ miles an hour and seven seconds on the dragstrip. This combo is designed specifically to do that with CAD designed CNC tanks including a multiple flow design to maximise efficiency from our CFD package and an engine oil cooler mounted lowdown along the width of the core for increased airflow.
On the rear is a custom built shroud with twin 15 inch high power fans producing 2300 CFM each.

The side mounts or machined into the tanks for greater strength and durability along with both of the ports one of which receives the water pump directly.

We are looking forward to seeing Steve back on track soon and not just looking cool.

This stunning high performance radiator is one of the new creations from our CNC range. This build includes smooth design tanks for improved flow and strength with a dual pass core with CNC ports, drain plug and machined filler neck.

Less than an eighth of the weight these 1967 Camaro tail light frames were 3D Scanned and 3D Printed with modified mounts and a smooth finish. The originals were pitted pretty badly but all cleaned up on the CAD file. They look amazing and the customer is thrilled we could recreate them for his racecar.

As well and bespoke Cooling Systems we can 3D Scan, Print and 5 axis CNC any component.
