Something a little different we had in recently. Tasked by kester cook a long serving customer who set us the idea of a toe adjustment fiesta st rear beam. With us both being pleased and happy with the adjustment outcomes now available to setup the car we are happy to share this post and further offer this as a service should anyone be interested.

Fully Tig welded and CDS tube used througout

A little step by step process into our crack check and repair services. This can be for a peace of mind for yourself whilst you maintain your pride and joy or for something more obvious like the component below. This is available for any Hot side or Cold side engine component.

Watch the crack indicator develop during the recommended dwell time… this cracked primary is rather large which did in-fact develop out to be a full circumferential break.

We later checked the manifold over in full after the repair was completed resulting in no further indications.

Sorry for the lack of posts recently ! However the website has been worked on to be made a bit more user friendly and include a half dozen new parts, go check it out and even buy something

Adams Porsche GT4 first visit to us for a typical Adam service of knocking down some Db’s for black flag free track days / events

After a pre inspection we decided the current exhaust needed a repack, even by ear sounded empty, loose and baked. This is exactly what we found when we cut them open.

We also found a pair of flanges to have no gasgets fitted and appeared to be leaking heavily. So they were sorted with new hardware and fresh gasgets and flanges locking nuts for the extra reliability

Another add on you could call it is the 8” twin down turn adjustable silencers for even lower DB track days, look forward to hearing how these perform when they need to

Adam also wanted a new 3” GT3 style inward rolled slip on tips so the DB killers can be swapped in and out nicely at events

SEGA - SONIC year of shadow collaboration Turn 12 fabrication project we’ve had the pleasure of working on the past few months, we have laser cut,welded and blended all welded areas of the front frame chin spoiler, then areas of the US design we had to replicate colour wise powder coated with areas carbon skinned for final finished details

This was revealed at the SEGA stand Moto GP Silverstone recently 🏍️ due to social media embargo’s and NDA I haven’t been able to release photos but we can now so here we are 😝
