The Boreham TEN-K

Designed and developed exclusively for the Ford Es**rt Mk1 RS, the TEN-K features a naturally aspirated 16-valve cylinder head with Formula 1-inspired port and valve geometry, belt-driven camshafts and individual throttle bodies to maximise gas flow, throttle response and high-rev performance to 10,000RPM.

Weighing just 85kg, the TEN-K has been engineered with lightweight construction and ultra-low rotational inertia at its core. Advanced 3D-printed casting technology enables a lightweight cylinder block structure, while forged internal components, a bespoke dry sump lubrication system and transverse-flow aluminium cooling package have been developed to support the demands of sustained high-performance driving.
