Honda Accord 2.2 i-CTDi – Correcting a Previous Remap!
This Honda Accord 2.2 i-CTDi came to us after a previous Stage 1 remap and EGR delete carried out elsewhere. Unfortunately, the calibration was incorrect and the DPF solution had not been properly applied, leading to serious issues. As a result, the engine and turbo failed and had to be replaced.
With the replacement engine and brand-new turbo installed, it was time to do the software properly.

This Audi A8 3.0 TDI 233bhp arrived at TopGear Tuning London after having a poor-quality remap carried out elsewhere. The vehicle wasn't performing as expected, so we carried out a full inspection before correcting the software.

This Vauxhall Astra J 1.6 CDTi came to us after receiving a poor-quality Stage 1 remap with DPF & EGR delete from another tuner.
The customer complained that the vehicle wouldn't hold power properly and the driving experience was inconsistent.
After carrying out a full diagnostic inspection, we identified the issue as an incorrect calibration. We rebuilt the software from the ground up and applied our own custom Stage 1 calibration, while ensuring the DPF and EGR delete were correctly implemented.
