Connected up the Teleflex cable. A job I could sort sitting.
Spent some time getting the spring strength right.
Now it’s feeling clean on the gear change and solid.unlike before when it would roll out of gear at the drop of a hat.

I managed to get Andy’s Teleflex handle bars back together yesterday.
I realised it’s the standing and twisting I have to be careful with.
Can only do so much then have to rest as soon as I feel it.
If I’m sitting it’s fine as I’m not stressing my core.
Do a little more today.

If you where wondering why I haven’t posted for a couple of weeks.
I had a small hernia and I had the op the other week.
I caught it early as I knew what it was and knew what had to be done.
I thought I would be in on Friday and back in workshop Monday.
Wrong even thou mine was tiny it knocks you off your feet. They said seven weeks to heal and four weeks taking it easy.
Well I’ve done two weeks doing nothing but now going stir crazy.
So going to go to the work shop and see what I can do but still taking it easy.
There is only so much TV films and MTG you can play and watch.
