Ce înțelegem prin chiptuning?
Exista mai multe modalitati de a reprograma softul modificat in ECU, dar care datorita echipamentelor de ultima generatie, 90% din vehiculele le acoperim prin intermediul portul OBD.
In cazul motoarelor supraalimetate (turbodiesel, turbo pe benzina, compresor mecanic) cresterile de putere, in mod standard se fac simtite cu 25-35% in plus.
Deoarece randamentul motorului este simtitor mai mare, consumul nu creste, ba chiar poate sa scada, la acelasi stil de condus de dinaintea executiei lucrarii de chiptuning.
Este totusi bine de retinut ca orice exploatare fortata si necorespunzatoare a unui motor, poate duce la uzura prematura sau chiar distrugerea sa sau a pieselor aferente, cu sau fara chiptuning !
La masinile echipate cu filtru de particule se optimizeaza softul in asa fel ca filtru de particule si functiile de regenerare automata sau fortata raman active.
Prin citirea parametrilor dati de constructor, inserati in ECU, acestia se pot ajusta prin procedee complexe rezultand un efect optim si personalizat, fara insa a depasi parametrii limita ai motorului, precum si tolerantele acestuia. De aceea un chiptuning de calitate nu are voie sa duca la uzura prematura a pieselor.

What do we mean by chiptuning?
There are several ways to reprogram the modified software in the ECU, but thanks to the latest generation equipment, we cover 90% of the vehicles through the OBD port.
In the case of supercharged engines (turbodiesel, petrol turbo, mechanical compressor) the power increases are normally felt by 25-35% more.
Since the engine efficiency is significantly higher, consumption does not increase, and may even decrease, with the same driving style as before the chiptuning work.
It is still good to remember that any forced and improper operation of an engine can lead to premature wear or even destruction of it or its related parts, with or without chiptuning!
For cars equipped with a particle filter, the software is optimized as a particle filter and the automatic or forced regeneration functions remain active.
By reading the parameters given by the manufacturer, inserted in the ECU, they can be adjusted through complex procedures, resulting in an optimal and personalized effect, but without exceeding the limit parameters of the engine, as well as its tolerances. That's why a quality chiptuning is not allowed to lead to premature wear of the parts.
