Day 2 of Engage26 is here, bringing together finance and business professionals from across the UK and Europe to explore what's next for our profession ✨

Following a warm welcome from conference host Nadine Dereza, Paul Turner and Andrew Harding shared their vision for Rise 2040, exploring how the profession can drive future impact in a changing business landscape.

Across our specialist tracks, Ross Archer and Michelle Mullen discussed the outlook for SMEs in 2026 and beyond, while Andrew Cartner highlighted the benefits of breaking down silos across the public sector to improve outcomes and decision-making.

The focus on people and performance continued with Michele Capel, who shared insights on attracting and retaining top talent, and Andrew Thorp, who demonstrated how storytelling can help finance professionals influence and inspire.

A morning of fresh perspectives, practical insights and valuable connections as we continue to explore The Next Wave.
