Crown Motors Group Welcome to Crown Motors, home to Crown Honda, Crown Suzuki & Crown XBUS. Including Honda at our Bushey & Hendon branches, and since 2020 Suzuki at Hendon.

We are a family-run car dealership group with new and used cars locations in Hendon, North London and Bushey Heath, Watford. We specialise in Honda & Suzuki sales, servicing, MOT's and parts. Come 2025, we will be welcoming the brand new XBUS to our Hendon showroom. The XBUS is an entirely new form of e mobility created by the German manufacture Electricbrands. Over the past 20 years, we have built up a reputation for a friendly but professional service, provided by our expert team. Our Company Directors, Tim and Lee, will always be seen on the ‘shop floor’ and are fully involved in the day-to-day running of the business. The company slogan is “Exceeding Expectations” and this is what we strive to achieve in everything we do. Whether it’s the quality of your cup of coffee, or the preparation of your used car, or the complimentary clean after a service, the end goal is always the same, to exceed your expectations. No matter the brand or your requirements, customer satisfaction is priority to us; therefore, we guarantee the ultimate customer experience. At Crown, our aim is to build a relationship with our customers so eventually this will turn into a friendship.

Brayleys expands its Portfolio with Acquisitions of Two Honda Sites and First Suzuki Dealership from Crown Motor Group.

We are pleased to confirm that Brayleys will continue to represent Honda at Bushey Heath and Honda & Suzuki at Hendon, and all current staff will be moving across to Brayleys to ensure customers receive the same excellent level of service.

Paul Brayley, CEO of Brayleys, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome the Hendon and Bushey Heath Honda teams, as well as the Hendon Suzuki team, into the Brayleys family. These acquisitions are a testament to our ongoing commitment to growth and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Expanding our Honda operations and introducing Suzuki to our portfolio allows us to serve a wider customer base across the Home Counties.”

Last year, Brayleys was recognised among the Best Workplaces by Great Place To Work® UK, based on employee feedback regarding overall health and wellbeing. This accolade reflects their dedication to fostering a supportive and positive work environment.

Reflecting on his journey, Paul Brayley shared, “It’s particularly meaningful for me to welcome the Honda Bushey site, as it’s where I started my journey in car sales as a trainee salesperson forty years ago. Seeing how far we’ve come fills me with immense pride. Our recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in 2023 was a great honour, underscoring our belief in treating our employees like family. We look forward to integrating the new teams from Crown Motor Group and continuing to provide an outstanding workplace for all our staff.”

Tim Dibbs and Lee Monahan, managing directors of Crown Motors, extend their heartfelt appreciation to customers and staff for their incredible support over the past few decades. We are in no doubt that Brayleys will continue our tradition of delivering exceptional customer service and will strive to exceed your expectations.

With these strategic acquisitions, Brayleys is poised to enhance its service offerings and strengthen its market presence, continuing its legacy of growth and customer satisfaction.
