2019 polo Gti 2.0t 200hp with Bosch mg1 Ecu. First time one of these came in for flames, I’ve made 2 edits on the file and we got flame, rev limiter was fifificlt to find but managed to find it and removed it on the second edit.

Audi a3 1.6d 115hp dcm6.2 in for stage 1 Dyno tuning session. Very Good difference in power and torque from a 1.6d. Ambient temp was 33 degrees was a very hot day. IAT was getting quiet hot with the extra boost. I didn’t want to push it too much, I’ve left it at 140hp, on a colder day with lower IAT this would probably make 145-150hp

We had this beautiful c350 came in all the way from Amsterdam for this c63 style quad exhaust conversion, mid box delete and pops & crackles. We’ve totally transformed the rear end’s Looks and exhaust sounds. Owner wanted manual throttle taps pops so I gave him that as he didn’t want pops on all the time

2015 S5 Supercharged in for midbox delete with X pipe. Owner wanted to spice things up abit not too much though just mid box. Now it rips 😮‍💨.

Can we tell the difference between deleting with midbox with X pipe vs straight pipe ? Not really, we’ve done these both method. We couldn’t tell any difference. Maybe if we had them side by side we may notice something but normally no. This is to answer your question of what sounds better x pipe or just straight pipe. Although it’s not a conclusive result.

BMW m140i came in for downpipe installation and mileage collection on black panel shadow cluster ( one of the hardest bmw cluster to do ). We’ve previously done his stage 1 tune as well.

Downpipe clamp bolt was seized and threads got stripped so the bolt was just spinning inside the nut while clamp remained in its place, took a while, but we still managed to remove the clamp and cat, installed the downpipe and replaced with a new bolt.
