....Here's one we made earlier!

These brake callipers are off a Ford Es**rt XR3 - a car that is now becoming increasingly rare to find. Into the blast cabinet they went and thankfully they came out looking brand new ready to go back to the owner to continue the full rebuild.

Another piece off a blue oval - this time an inlet manifold off a Ford 2L overhead cam Pinto engine.

As part of the full engine rebuild the owner needed some assistance getting the manifold cleaned up. Parts like this are fairly easy to complete and are the perfect size for our cabinets, the after result is always good to see.

This is another piece we did as part of the Ford Es**rt RS17T restoration project.

Again the throttle body needed a refurb so we aqua blasted the part - the owner of the Es**rt came to use as aqua blasting is a much gentler method of restoration which is extremely important when dealing with rare models and parts.

We often deal with fragile parts which are difficult to get hold of as traditional blasting methods can be too harsh for the work and cause more harm than good!

We've recently been helping a customer refurb their Kubota Gator - being based in North Yorkshire we often deal with agricultural vehicles and equipment, not just cars!

These parts came in rusty and in need of attention after years of being used and stored outside. They were first aqua blasted and then sprayed with a primer ready to be fitted back onto the Gator.

This inlet manifold came off a Ford Es**rt RS17T and was in need of a refurb as part of a full rebuild project.

We aqua blasted the full manifold as it had gone dull and as you can see the end result is a huge improvement. The manifold looks brand new and ready for the owner to continue the rebuild of this rare model to concourse condition.

🚘🤩THE FINISHED PROJECT🤩🚘

Today we're finally able to share the result of the Ford Es**rt RS2000 restoration we have been working on for the last few months.

We fully restored this RS2000 back to it's former glory, finished in Vista Orange on request of the new owner.

All blasting, mechanics and paintwork were completed in-house and the car is now with it's new owner! The project took only 3 months from start to finish so now is a great time to get in touch if you want your car on the road for next summer.

DRY BLASTING

Another piece of our Ford UK RS 2000 restoration project. Again we chose to dry blast the engine cross member as it was heavily corroded and this technique is the most effective for removing rust ready for the next stage of the process.

Honda XR650 AFTER PHOTOS

The frame of this XR650 came up looking like new following a few hours in one of our aquablast cabinets.
