He has a proven track record of scaling companies across solar, storage, and e-mobility, most recently as CRO at InCharge Energy, where he secured major fleet and OEM partnerships and grew revenues nearly tenfold.
At L-Charge, Stephen will lead the expansion of our Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Power-as-a-Service (PaaS) platforms – helping U.S. fleets bypass grid bottlenecks and electrify on predictable timelines.

We’ve just completed a major milestone with Windrose:
Last week, we ran an interoperability test between our off-grid ultra-fast charger and their electric truck at our site in Corona, California. It worked on the first try. No grid connection, no permitting, no site delays, just instant, reliable charging from our 180kW mobile unit.

Why does this matter? Because it shows fleets can electrify now, not years from now when utilities are ready. With L-Charge, operators get zero-CAPEX, Level 3 DC fast charging anywhere, without waiting for the grid. Windrose trucks and any fleet can stay charged and operational from day one.

Next, we’ll be testing a dual-charger setup: two 180kW units delivering 360kW together, entirely off-grid. That’s enough power to make high-volume, fast-turnaround EV operations a reality: no delays, no red tape. More updates are coming soon!
