WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR YACHT SALES BROKER
Ventura Yachts Mallorca

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded individual to join our Mallorca team, supporting the sale of new and pre-owned luxury yachts.
Working alongside the Director of Ventura Mallorca, you will develop client relationships, generate sales opportunities and identify yachts for brokerage listing. Structured training and practical support will help you build your knowledge and take on greater responsibility.

Key requirements:
• Currently based in Mallorca, with the right to work in Spain.
• Fluent English, strong German and working knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience in a client-facing, customer service or sales role.
• Commercial initiative, strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in yachting.
• A valid driving licence and availability for international travel and occasional weekend work.

Previous yacht sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
Full-time position | Base salary plus commission package

MONACO DEBUT | RIVA 54METRI

The largest Riva ever built makes her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show.

At 54.83 metres and 499 GT, the all-aluminium Riva 54Metri brings the yard’s familiar lines to a new scale. Full-height windows keep the sea in view, while fold-out bulwarks extend the outdoor spaces at the water’s edge.

Her preliminary performance figures include a top speed of 18 knots and a range of 3,600 nautical miles at an economical cruising speed of 11 knots.
