It’s been a while since our last post on 23rd July, and unfortunately there’s been a reason for that.
Our page was hacked, which is something I honestly never expected to happen, especially as a small local business. Since then, we’ve been working with Facebook to try and regain access and get everything back under our control.
During this time, it’s been extremely difficult for the business. We haven’t been able to post any content, advertise our work or take bookings through the page as we normally would. The only way customers could really find us was through Google, where our contact number was still available.
Not being able to use the page properly has had a big impact, particularly when Facebook is one of the main ways we keep in contact with customers and show the work we do.
Thankfully, after weeks of dealing with the issue, today looks to be the day we have finally regained full control of the page.
I just want to apologise for the lack of activity over the past few weeks and thank everyone who has continued to support AJR Valeting, contacting us through other means and waited patiently while we dealt with everything.
It will take some time to get back to normal after something like this has happened but we will continue to take bookings and post.
