Our Company grew from a hobby which reflected a life-long passion for motorcycles and an Engineer’s training. A

lthough modern bikes are wonderful to ride, it’s always seemed so much more fun to take an old and tired bike that had given it’s best and suffered years of abuse in return and to restore it to pristine condition. The Stainless Steel components that we produce are all exact replicas of the original component that they replace, and are manufactured to the highest possible levels of precision in either Grade 303 or High Tensile Grade 431 Stainless Steel. Components which are subjected to extreme loadings, such as wheel spindles for Moto-X machines are also heat treated to maximum strength. Our Aluminium components are manufactured either in Grade 6082 or, where maximum strength is required, Grade 7075.

Some good stuff has been happening, despite todays compressor malfunction....
We now have new SpD Gasket sets for the 78-80 CR250!!
After suffering issue after issue with poor quality gaskets that caused 3 air leak seizures in 3 weekends we decided enough was enough. We had to find better quality gaskets... And that meant getting them sorted ourselves!!
We are using the latest modern material, cnc lazer cut for ultimate accuracy, correct thickness centre and clutch cover gaskets, so no extra end-float added to the transmission and gear change!!
Pricing isn't confirmed yet, but they will be competitive with the "other" sets available..

My compressor has gone to the big scrap yard in the sky... It was a good run....
Using the "emergency back up" compressor to keep the spindle spinning... It's way to small but it only needs to last till tomorrow...
