How time passes - 6 years ago we lost the beautiful Laura Davies. For those who knew her please raise a glass to her and her children this weekend.

Hi all just wanted to say thanks for all the great comments received about the post yesterday. We’re absolutely gutted to no longer be able to run track days at Pembrey but Pembrey have decided to run their own track days. We were only informed early November, a month before we were expecting dates. We were initially told we couldn’t have any dates but have since been offered just one weekend for 2025 which unfortunately is not financially viable with the increased circuit price for just one weekend.

Announcement :

Alas the Chequered Flag is out on our time at Pembrey Circuit and Phil Bevan Trackdays will not be holding any Trackday events for the 2025 season.

We have been hosting Events @ Pembrey for over 23 years - making us one of the longest established Trackday companies in the UK but it’s time to take a break. Over the years we have been entertained by literally hundreds of riders and many of you have been with us since the early days. Together we’ve all been through some amazing and difficult times – especially with COVID but year after year you have continually supported us, travelling hundreds of miles and we Thank You for that.

On behalf of Phil and myself we would like to also thank the ‘’Orange Army’’, Paramedics, our instructors and helpers for assisting us and making Phil Bevan Trackdays the success that it is.

In closing, we’d like to dedicate our time at Pembrey Circuit to the memory of Laura Davies, who sadly lost her life at one of our events in July 2019.

October Update 4
Just a gentle reminder that it's best to ''Sign On'' before you arrrive at the circuit in the morning - as at the same time history says that you're usually definatley coming.

Mind you as of tonight there a 10 of you who's not ''Signed On'' yet - which is OK - there's a bit of time left but remember if you don't turn up you monies will be forefitted - which in basicly means no refund or credit note for next year. However poorly the Budgies been since contracting COVID...

See you all in a bit - wrap up warm, gonna be a cold start but at least it's dry.

October Update 3
After much discussion with the circuit, Met office and ourselves we have taken the decision to ''Throw The Dice'' and Saturday's Trackday is DEFINATLEY ON !

Yes, we have knocked Sunday on the head but you'll be pleased to hear that Saturday will run ''as normal''.
Signing On Documents are being finalised and sent out to you as of tonight and it looks like we'll run 2 groups so plenty of track time is on the cards.

Weather wise despite the previous biblical forecast being sent over from our friends in the USA over the weekend it now looks like it won't hit us and will peak over the French coast. It's going to clear up Friday night.

We'll be on hand to take as many late bookings as you throw at us even if it's Saturday morning - if you do have a late change of mind and are coming please use the web site as normal and I'll reply as soon as I see the bookings come through.

Look forward to finishing the season off in fine style

October Update 2
In light of the number of current bokings we have taken the decision to CANCEL Sundays Trackday. I will be mailing all those who've booked with futher information this evening.

Saturday's Trackday will run as normal.

As I am away from the laptop this weekend further info - Signing On docs etc will be mailed out early next week. But will be able to see any thread posts etc

Apologies for any inconvienence - but the numbers have to add up

October Update 1
Was having a chat with a few of our Riders @ Pembrey over the weekend and the subject of October's TD's came up.

So giving it some thought this is the plan :
Obviously we're weather watching much like everyone else and despite the biblical forecast it ony rained at Pembrey from 3.30pm Sunday afternoon. Disappointed we didn't get to sail out on our Ark across Pembrey Sands but there we are.

So what we propose is this - to give us an accurate picture of rider numbers please book on line as normal. If, in the event that the snow comes early or we don't reach the required minimum numbers, and the event is cancelled we will give you a full refund. It's as simple as that.

As of tonight we have 25 odd booked so am a bit off where we need to be.
