Have u heard about them?
Yes, long time ago when couple of people started to create environment friendly engines decided - let's use timing belts in oil! Great idea!
Unfortunately they forgot about rubber degradation... It's even faster then they thought! Plus car users not keeping with regular oil changes, dragging oil change interval period over hundreds of miles, using bad parts... Loads of people even don't know what got wet belt! They think it's timing chain...

As u can see, belt with time degrade and starts clogging oil pump. If you don't change wet belt on time - option 1 - belt snap or option 2 - seized engine.

We offer wet belts replacement. Usuall vehicles are:
- Fords ecoboost engines (fiesta, focus, EcoSport, etc)
- Ford transit and ranger (2.0 engines)
- Peugeot and Citroen 1.0/1.2 engines

Do not overdue your wet belt and end up with scrap value car/van!

Prices:
Ford 2.0 - £1100 FWD/1250 RWD (timing belt, tensioner, oil pump belt, oil pickup, oil and filter, new sump and timing cover, alternator and water pump belts - all OEM Ford)
Ranger is £1450
Ford Ecoboost - £900 (timing belt, tensioner, oil pump belt, cleaning pickup, oil filter and oil, water pump, valve cover gasket, turbo oil feed filter)
Peugeot 1.0/1.2 - £500 (timing belt, tensioner and pulley, cleaning oil pick up, oil and filter)

I don't weld daily, learning everyday.

Not cutting every rust spot out - I need only 5 years of this.

Inner sill and arch welded in. All rust was covered with rust converter.
Before inner sill and outer all sprayed with zinc Alu spray...
