It has been brought to my attention that a local caravan dealer has been bad mouthing Caravanalia and North Wales Caravan Services, stating that they don't know how we can carry out correct Caravan and Motorhome servicing and repairs as a mobile service.

I would like to point out that both business are approved mobile workshops (AWS), and have completed Gas and Electrical qualifications, as well as a written and practical examination to become an Approved Mobile workshop, as well as being audited every year to ensure that the strict standards required by the Approved Workshop Scheme are being maintained.

Additional training has been carried out by both business on internal appliances fitted such at Fridges, boilers and sanitation equipment. I'm not saying the we know how repair everything, but the time money we both spend on ensuring our knowledge is kept up to date speaks for its self.

So before you book your next service why not call your chosen engineer and discuss what qualifications they hold.
