Today's plastic lenses are very susceptible to road and weather conditions. Harsh UV rays, chemicals from the engine and fumes breaks down the lens surface from the outside in. The cloudiness quickly gets worse reducing visibility.
Not only do worn or cloudy headlights look bad and spoil the look of your car, but they can reduce light output by as much as 95 percent. That is a huge difference in whether you can see or be seen at night. Cloudy headlights could also result in an M.O.T. failure if the beam pattern is blurred.
Our process starts with a visual inspection of your cars headlights to check for any cracks or chips that could compromise the process.
We then gently clean, wash and dry your headlights, and protect the area that surrounds them. Using specialist compounds we will polish your vehicles headlights restoring them to their original shine. We then apply a 2 step sealing compound to protect your lenses from future damage.
Our service is fully mobile, covering a large area around our Llandudno base, and can be done at your own home.
