Dear Customers,

I would like to inform you that Tan Y Bont Garage LTD is now operating as Tan Y Bont Garage MOT LTD, under the lease of Mr. James Stead and his partner, Katie Walker, until August 2026.

Many of you are already familiar with James, who has been a valued member of our team for some time. Please note that the garage phone number remains unchanged (01492 515525).

Lee will continue his work at the garage, focusing on mechanical repairs and servicing. However, he will no longer be handling MOT’s until further notice.

I extend our best wishes to James as he takes on the role of director, and we are confident that he will lead the business successfully during his tenure.

Please be advised that, effective immediately, all keys, enquiries, and payments should be directed to the garage and will no longer be accepted at the family residence, "Uwch Afon."

I sincerely thank you for your continued support over the years and look forward to serving you in the future.

Please note the garage will be closed between 9th August to 9th September for MOTs only due to renovations.

The garage will remain open during this period for mechanical work and servicing.

If your mot is due to expire during this time please check your current MOT certificate this will inform you of the earliest date to preserve the anniversary of your MOT.

The garage will extending its hours Monday to Friday & open Saturdays by appointment to cater for our valued customers. We will do our very best to get you booked in.

If you would like to book your car in for MOT prior to August 9th please call the garage on 01492 515525 at your soonest convenience.

********** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ********

It is important to keep your car well maintained in the event of an emergency and it is also illegal to drive a car with no mot therefore the garage will remain open.
Our customers health and safety is our main priority so we are following strict guidelines to prevent the spread of covid-19.
Gloves will be worn, antibacterial spray/wipes will be used internally and personal contact will be at a minimum.
