Ice scrapers & paint damage ❄️

One of the most common January mistakes we see is harsh scraping on frozen paint, windows and mirrors. Using old or sharp scrapers — or worse, anything metal — can easily scratch the clear coat and leave marks that won’t polish out.

Safer ways to clear ice:

✔️ Let the car warm up slightly first
✔️ Use a proper plastic ice scraper on glass only
✔️ Avoid scraping paint and mirrors
✔️ Lukewarm water on glass (never boiling)
