Pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists are often difficult to see, especially at night. Take extra care to look out for them and keep them safe.

If you have children cycling to and from school please make sure they have lights on theirs bikes. This video was at 4.30pm.

Plenty of people out on the roads could do with having another look at this. Far too many people putting their own and other peoples saftey at risk because they don't understand or refuse ro follow simple rules.
