Failed front and rear crank seals on this customers ducato, oil had unfortunately contaminated both the timing belt and the clutch. New timing belt kit fitted, both seals replaced with genuine parts and a new LUK 3 piece clutch kit fitted, and of course new gear oil and clutch fluid. Sump also had a slight leak so the gasket was replaced. Back to the customer within a couple of days as waiting on parts.

Power steering lost on this customers vehicle, quoted for a new power steering motor and rack elsewhere…. The cause: a damaged electrical fitting! New plug wired into harness and secured back onto rack, power steering back up and running. Remember, proper diagnosis of vehicle issues can save you £££ in needless parts being replaced. Dpf reading over 500 on pressure, crank no start on a mini countryman. The damage had unfortunately already been done, oil pick up lines for turbo full of hard carbon causing turbo failure and low oil pressure. Dpf removed, new turbo fitted and a new clutch kit as dual mass was excessively worn. All completed in a couple of days and another happy customer with many worry free motoring days ahead.

And so Vag Monday continues 😅 called to customers Skoda as the boot would open each time the lights came on 👻 Halloween has been and gone so this customer wanted his car to be a bit more festive rather than haunted! Multiple loom breaks and 2 bad grounds, all sorted within the hour and this car is all ready for the next holiday season! Big job broke out on this customers recovery Mercedes sprinter! After being called to inspect and service this beautiful truck we found worn track rod ends and a weap coming from the water pump on the front of the engine. Complete overhaul of the auxiliary belt system for trouble free motoring in the years to come!
