This HGV driver was leaving Liverpool Docks when a fault appeared on his truck, hundreds of miles from his depot. He was about to join the motorway network back to his part of the country when his truck decided to restrict its speed to 12mph.
A quick search on Google for local HGV repair brought him to us, a quick phone call to get himself booked in immediately, plugged in to our diagnostics and the fault was cleared allowing the driver to safely drive back to his depot for further investigation. Drivers company paid over the phone via card 👍🏻
