Happy New Year!

We had a change of phone number earlier this year, threw everything into a spin and we had no landlines for weeks/months on end. it was supposed to be temporary while the original number was recovered after we were forced to move providers but as time has moved on its looking like the temporary number will be more a permanent fix

That's 214 days of being super super busy.

It's about time for an update. On November 4th, we turned 5 years old. It still feels like the first couple of years didn't count, but 5 is halfway to 10, so we'll just keep on pushing forward.
We made some investments earlier this year. We have full genuine dealer level diagnostic sets for both BMW ISTA and Mercedes Xentry. This means genuine dealer level diagnostics, test plans, software updates, and coding capabilities. Moving into 2025, we will be focusing more on just the two brands and pulling away from some of the more unfamiliar VAG models. Our tooling, equipment, and information packages are all more oriented to BMW and Mercedes too, so it just makes more sense to focus, specialise, and train mainly on the two marques.

As always, all other makes and models are welcome for general work, servicing, and repair. We have access to Mercedes, BMW, and VAG online Digital Service Records. These will be updated correctly, and BMW dashboards will be updated properly. Using genuine or OE factory branded parts and fluids means all vehicle warranties will remain intact.

It's been a busy year so far this year, with some great feedback from customers. We are hearing of a lot of folks recommending us on to others, which is lovely, shows we are doing something right.

All quiet on social media recently. Purely focused on trying to get through the sheer workload and backlog of some jobs going back to New Year.

This was nice and shareworthy though, 2 5*star Google reviews in a week.

VW/Audi 2.0d. Seen a few of these now. Gives a fault code for particulate efficiency. Can easily be misunderstood for a dpf fault however its a very long winded job to replace a very buried cooler.
