With a history dating back to 1899, North West Trucks is one of the oldest DAF Dealers in the UK and has four dealerships strategically located across the North West of England:

North West Trucks Huyton
North West Trucks Northwich
North West Trucks Ellesmere Port
Woodwards Truck and Van Centre in Wigan (providing truck parts and servicing for DAF and Renault trucks, as well as parts for all-makes

of trucks and vans)

North West Trucks became part of the Greenhous Group in 2021, joining one of the largest automotive groups in the UK. Collectively, North West Trucks offer an integrated portfolio of commercial vehicle solutions, including:

🚶‍♂️ 20 Miles. One Incredible Cause. 💛

This July, Phil Cunnah, Group Parts Manager and his wife are taking on a 20-mile hike along Hadrian’s Wall to raise £500 for Marie Curie — a charity that provides vital care and support to people living with terminal illness and their families.

This challenge is especially meaningful to them as Nat has seen first-hand the incredible difference Marie Curie makes, helping patients spend their final days with dignity, comfort, and loved ones by their side. Now it’s our turn to give something back.

Every step we take is for those families. Every donation — big or small — makes a real difference.

🚶‍♂️‍➡️ West Highland Way Challenge — Today’s the Day! 🚶‍♂️‍➡️

The wait is over — Neil and Paul set off today on their West Highland Way challenge!

They’re taking on the full 96 miles in just 3 days, pushing themselves to the limit in support of a cause that truly matters.

With a combined age of 106, this is no easy task. Setting off after the main group and going largely unsupported, they’ll be digging deep to catch up for the final descent into Fort William. No shortcuts. No easy miles. Just pure determination.

This is more than a challenge — it’s about raising awareness and support for those affected by PTSD.

Neil said:

Mike's dedication, hard work, and commitment over nearly four decades have made a lasting impact on the business, his colleagues, and our customers. He has been a valued member of the team and will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of working with him.
