Dave’s car is looked after by the guys at S R R M O T O R S P O R T 🏁 with parts support from us here at Sussex Parts Hub throughout the season.

Dave is a great character to have around the paddock. The attitude can occasionally be questionable when things aren’t going his way 😂, but when it comes down to it, he gets the job done — and he’s definitely one to watch heading into next season.

Away from the racing, we’ve built a great friendship with Dave over the season too, with plenty of plans already being talked about for the future 👀

Massive effort from Joe 90 Racing 🇬🇧 and the #90 MINI at Brands Hatch for Round 6 of Time Attack. Setting a new PB of 52.048, just 0.010 seconds away from the 2020 PR-FI lap record. 🤯

We’re proud to support Joe through Sussex Parts Hub, supplying parts and helping keep this seriously capable MINI out on track.

There’s also a bit more of a connection to this car for us, with S R R M O T O R S P O R T 🏁 having helped with the engine build. So seeing it running at this level and getting within one hundredth of a second of the lap record is pretty special.

This is exactly why we love being involved in the MINI scene. From supplying parts for everyday road cars to supporting some properly quick competition cars, the knowledge and experience gained at the circuit feeds straight back into what we do at SPH.

One hell of a season for Paul Sawyer 🏆

We’re immensely proud of what Paul has achieved this season competing in the MINI CHALLENGE CLUBSPORT. The collection on the roof probably says enough! 🏆

It’s been a pleasure for Sussex Parts Hub to support Paul throughout the season, supplying parts and helping keep the #29 MINI where it belongs, out on track.

A massive amount of credit also goes to S R R M O T O R S P O R T 🏁, with Josh and Kev preparing, maintaining and running the car throughout the season. There’s a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to keep a race car performing weekend after weekend.

We race together under the Krafted Motorsport banner, and it’s brilliant to see all the hard work from everyone involved rewarded with results like these.

John’s version of events involves an oil spill. Our version is that there was simply a little more ambition than available grip in the pursuit of first place…

Either way, a great save and full commitment when it mattered.

Race 3 done and John secured second place overall and a 3rd class win of the weekend. After a great start, John was leading right up until the penultimate lap when a slight mistake at Paddock allowed the Audi to pounce, despite this John was very please with how the Golf performed, by far its best weekend.
