2026 (March) Prices for Motorcycle training at WALTS.
CBT £200. (£180 if you use your own bike).

DAS Mod 1 course. £499.
DAS Mod 1 retest only £90.
DAS Mod 1 Training & retest £250.

DAS Mod 2 course. £600.
DAS Mod 2 retest only £180.
DAS Mod 2 Training & retest £299.

Retest fees are if you have done training with us. Of course we aim to get everyone through first time, some of the most common mistakes are speeding, ignoring 'stop' signs and leaving indicators on, practice these before your test!

It is two years since we put the price of a CBT up, but due to massive increases in the cost of insurance, petrol, tyres, National Insurance, spare parts etc etc as of the 1st of Jan we will have new charges in place: £180 if you do CBT on your own bike, £190 if you have done a CBT with us before (bring your old certificate), and £200 for any other CBT booking. If you book before the New Year you will pay the old price!

WEATHER UPDATE. As we rumble on into Winter, if you are booked in for training or CBT please note: It is quite rare that we have to cancel training. If we do we will call you a.s.a.p. to let you know, (or you can call us on 07501 346888). PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME TRAINING IS CANCELLED. In times of extreme weather, Mod1 and Mod2 tests may be cancelled by the DVSA, which is out of our control. Again, we will let you know as soon as we can. IF IN DOUBT CALL US ASAP, IT IS BETTER TO TURN UP RATHER THAN MISS YOUR SLOT. Many thanks, Walts.

As we move into the colder months, start times for C.B.T. can be up to 1 hour later than the usual 8 am slot. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE START TIME YOU ARE GIVEN, (both verbally and the text reminders we send). IF IN DOUBT PLEASE CALL 01522 545879. Current waiting list for CBT is 2 months and DAS about the same. PLEASE CALL US EARLY to get the date that is good for you! It is always this busy in Summer and we can only do what the DVSA allow us to do. Thanks. WALTS 01522 545879.

Just a quick reminder, we always have a waiting list for CBT training, but you must have a current UK licence to do it, WE CAN NOT BOOK YOU IN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LICENCE. Please do not try to book if you are waiting for your licence! Thank you. WALTS.
