Good Morning! If you've been to us during the last 14 months, you'll have maybe noticed the branding 'Dack Motor Group'. Here is a copy of the letter we're sending out with service reminders with a bit more info about the branding.

What’s all this Dack Motor Group about then?

I’ll try and explain simply without going on too long! Back in 2010 I started Vauxalist – a Vauxhall Specialist. Back then, I never knew what the company would grow into… and I’m very happy and proud with how the business has expanded over the last five & half years in which I’m truly thankful to all customers, staff and suppliers.

Just over two years ago, we started LBM – a BMW & Mini Specialist, we also had separate branding for our MOT website (LincolnMOT.com) and a tyre site (LincolnTyres.co.uk) – all this was becoming tricky to manage with different websites, phone numbers, social media and so on.

Also, our current work load includes a variety of other manufacturers. This is due to many reasons including word of mouth, the investment in training and technology to enable us to carry out in-depth repairs to all makes and models. So, the business has grown with the brands, it’s now time for the brand to grow with the business – Dack Motor Group is born!

We are in the process of changing branding, including exterior signs, websites etc. Vauxalist & LBM will be phased out over time, but not forgotten. Dack Motor Group are proud to specialise in BMW, Mini, Land Rover & Vauxhall.

There is no change to the business other than the name. Ownership and staff are still the same and the company will continue to deliver the best service at affordable prices.

You may not be aware but the name ‘Dack’ is my family name, the new logo is structured to resemble a Lion, which symbolises my first name Leo! The idea was that should the business be passed down in later life, the Lion will represent where it all began.
