I still can’t get my head around why the insurance company wanted to write the car off over what seemed like a small bump. I’ve managed to pull the dent out of the bumper and blend the paint into the rear quarter panel, and it’s looking like new again.

One of those jobs where the tailgate really should’ve been replaced… couldn’t find one anywhere though 😅So we went ahead...

One of those jobs where the tailgate really should’ve been replaced… couldn’t find one anywhere though 😅
So we went ahead and repaired it instead — and honestly, glad we did. Saved time, saved money, and I actually enjoyed this one.
Best part? Customer was over the moon with the result 🙌

Haven’t had a chance to post anything recently, and since it’s Friday, here’s one for you.

As you can see, this had a previous repair done, but once I started stripping it down, I found the holes and metal hadn’t been fixed properly. I ended up welding everything back up properly before moving on to filling and paint (which I forgot to take photos of 🫣 have a good weekend ✌️

Customer asked for one door to be painted and fitted only. As you all know, I prefer to blend my paint to ensure the best possible match. Considering the work requested, I think the outcome turned out well. At the end of the day, I can only carry out what the customer asks me to do ✌️btw painted the door handle and wing cover to match 🫡
