3. THEN WHEN THE COMPANY ATTEMPTS TO STILL HELP YOU OUT AND PROVIDE YOU WITH OTHER COMPANYS TO ASSIST WITH OTHER WORK AND THE FAULTS WHILST ON HOLIDAY, GIVE THEM BAD REVIEWS, TRY TO TARNISH A REPUTATION ON A LIE WHEN THEY HAVE CORRESPONDENCE PROVING OTHER WISE

Anyone who has used us, knows how we operate & how much we do for customers. Yes, as many small companies do we get busy, reply late. But we do have a life beyond work too.

Small company's are not accessible at every hour, although I will reply if im not busy. To see things like this happen, an attempt to ruin our name on the basis another company didnt reply quick enough for this customer is crazy.

We completed the work we could 2/3 jobs, gave a path to get the other faults sorted. And extra work done quicker by someone else as I was on holiday, but for some people that isnt enough.

RUNNING A COMPANY IS STRESSFUL ENOUGH, HAS ITS OWN PRESSURES WE DONT NEED THIS ON TOP 😬
