Job Vacancy - Valeter / Driver
We have a position for a driver / valeter available. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. Duties would include valeting cars ready for sale and driving collecting cars. Its a full time role Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm. Full driving licence required. This is an important and fulfilling role within our customer service process, experience is not required as on the job training will be provided.

Merry Christmas to all our friends and valued customers from all of us here at Watsons. We hope your keeping safe and well and look forward to seeing you next year. We have took the decision to close over the Christmas break with the way things currently are so will close at 13:30pm Friday 24th and reopen on Tuesday 4th January at 8:30am.

From us all here at Watsons Motor Works we hope your keeping safe and well in these difficult times. Having digested the governments announcement regarding the National lockdown we will be remaining open inline with regulations as an essential business to keep people mobile. Last March there was an extension to your MOT time, this time there is not, so if your car is due an MOT you need to get it done. Winter months are also a time for more car issues during the cold weather and we will be here on hand to help. We will be operating on a reduced workforce so booking is essential so please call us on 01568 612060 to book in for MOT, repair work and maintenance.
We are working here with Covid measures in place for your and our safety and can arrange collection of your car for work if required.
When bringing your car in to us please make sure you remove any PPE and personal belongings for protection of our mechanics. Also if you are displaying Covid symptoms or in the middle of a quarantine isolation period please do not come in.
Our showroom is closed but you can see our stock online and we are on hand to take enquiries by phone or e-mail, cars can be purchased remotely and collected or delivered.
Please stay safe and hopefully there is some light and the end of the tunnel with this situation, if you need us for anything please call.

We hope you and your family are keeping safe and well.
With careful consideration our service department will remain open through lockdown to serve our customers needs. We are still dealing with a back log of work from the last lockdown due to MOT extensions and the government have offered no further extension on MOT's for this lockdown so if your car is due an MOT it will require doing. Since March we have operated with strict Covid measures in place we also temperature check our staff daily for your safety.
Our workshop will open offering service, maintenance and MOT work by appointment, please call us on 01568 612060 to book in. We continue to implement enhanced cleaning regimes of the garage and when your car is returned to you. If you are shielding and require your car to be collected please ask.

Whilst our showroom remains closed until further government guidance if you are interested in any of our cars we are happy to arrange a time for you to view outdoors. The car will be fully sanitised and every care taken to ensure both your and our safety.

We hope you and your family are keeping safe and well. Following Government guidelines we are reopening Watson's Motor Works from Friday 22nd May. We will start off working with a limited workforce for the time being in the interests of safety to our staff and customers. Our workshop will open offering service, maintenance and MOT work by appointment, please call us on 01568 612060 to book in. We will be implementing enhanced cleaning regimes of the garage and when your car is returned to you. We have safety measures in place to ensure minimal contact and will maintain social distancing at all times.

Although our showroom will remain closed our sales department will reopen to assist you in the purchase of your next car. Our process has been revised to comply with Government guidelines and following your purchase we can deliver you car to you or arrange contactless collection. Due to Government guidelines with regards to the Corona Virus pandemic we have had to temporarily close our doors for the safety of our customers and our staff. and will reopen when we are advised that it is safe to do so.
Customers due service work and MOT's we will get you booked in as soon as we can when we are back.

During these troubling times our workshop is open for your motoring needs including servicing and MOT work. If you would like us to collect your car for work we will do so, please call us to arrange unless you’re are under isolation due to having contact with someone infected by the virus or suspected to be, we could however book you ready in the diary for a later date.
We are following the government's health advice to make sure our customers and colleagues stay safe and we are putting all possible measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.

Our showroom remains open and we would be happy to deliver any car to you free of charge within 50 miles and further could be arranged by negotiation.
