P&T Moore have been in business for over 40 years, over which time the number of cars and vans passing through our yard has increased many fold. The cars are brought in and we then recycle and sell the parts through either people coming to the yard or over the internet,
we have a courier system in place to the main land UK. Our stock mainly consists of MOT failures; write-off cars, accident damag

ed and light commercials. These range from the mid 1990s to around 2013 models. We operate a collection service for these vehicles and are fully licensed with the DVLA to issue Certificates of Destruction on request.

🌳 In to the woods with this one 🌳

An old F Reg Sherpa Camper Van been stood unmoved for quite a few years - Until a tree came down accross it 🫣

After travelling an hour to it and the customer travelling from Bristol to arrange its removal it only had one choice to come out. ⛓️

No keys, Flat wheels sunken into the ground and a severely damaged body with restricted access, it sure put up a fight.
With the wheels siezed every pull with the winch took the van sidewards, so with multiple sn**ch block angle pulls it came ever so slightly closer.
Before adjusting the winch for a rear end pull to square it back up with the lorry. 🚛

Once all the loose material had been moved and multiple straps in place was the journey home.

Once safely back in the yard there was only one way this was coming off! 🏗️

Mel and her sister Codie are taking on the Cotswolds in September! They are hiking 22km for ARUK! (Alzheimer’s Research UK)🧡

Most of you will know Mel, She’s one of our receptionists that you speak to as first point of contact when calling us! 📞

The donation pot in our office has been counted and a lovely £125 was added for them! Also we had a generous customer who wanted there car scrap value donated to charity.
So we thought it was right and this was donated to Mel’s fundraiser.
