After a catastrophic engine failure resulting in cylinder 1 conrod putting 3 holes in the engine block.

We’ve managed to get a new engine built up and put back into this E46 330Ci with a turbo conversion.

Added a few new goodies and cleaned the engine, gearbox and engine bay whilst it was all apart.

Hoping to push towards the 500bhp mark on its next tuning session 🤞

Tin worm had well and truely attacked this poor Vw polo!
Failed it’s mot on structural integrity. No problem here for us! Cracked the grinder out cleaned and removed all the rust then made some new steel plate up and welded in place ready to be cleaned up and stone chipped tomorrow!
Anyone needing welding for mot or anything in general then drop us a message!
