*Important customer information*

The doors are back open!

We feel is now necessary to get back to work as we have been getting called upon to help our customers get to it. We made difficult decision to close the doors over three weeks ago to do our bit to slow things up and keep us our family's and our customers safe.

We are still going to following government guide lines to protect ourselves and more importantly our customers.
Every possible precaution will still be taken by us to eliminate to chance of contamination. We will still have the facility restricted to keep social distancing measures in place.

Customer vehicles will still be protected as we will be disinfecting external grab points and interiors will be wrapped and covered. Customers will still be asked to park in adjacent car park and keys to be put in drop box on gate.
payment will be dealt with by bank transfer or over the phone.
We ask customers to do a small amount of prep work by locating the locking wheel bolt key and turn there blowers off.

We will focus our efforts on priority key workers still as of the time being but we will keep everybody updated until we know more about restrictions.

Well it’s with heavy heart today will be our last day of trading for a wile. We have done our upmost to get through this week but it’s just not the right thing to be doing anymore. We just can’t cope with the idea of people leaving the safety of there home to get there cars fixed.

We will remain in contact for any emergencies on the landline number 01525 384455 that has been diverted but please be respectful and wait until we reopen for any none essential calls. You can contact us any time for any other questions by email [email protected].

We anticipate being back open and fully operational in two weeks but we will keep you all updated as we know more about the increasing and very scary situation we are all facing.

We really are going that extra mile to protect our staff and customers against this pandemic.
We are screening jobs for high priority customers such as key workers. We need to support these people and together we can keep this country rolling.
Please please stay at home if self isolating!
We are really only here for importance of the above reasons.
Modification work is NOT acceptable work at this point so if it’s not urgent or necessary work please put that on hold until a later date.

Important Customer Announcement

We are business as usual and are taking every precaution possible to protect our staff and customers against COVID-19.

We have already been taking extra precautions on and around customer vehicles by using protective steering wheel wrap, seat covers and floor mats. We have also been antibacterial wiping door handles, gear sticks and handbrakes. The team are permanently wear surgical gloves also in and around vehicles.

The reception area and workshop are twice daily having all of it hard surfaces, door handles, card machine antibacterial sprayed down to remove the chance of any contamination.

We will also be offering a collect and delivery service to anybody that may have concerns or may be self isolating or just cant leave the home due to school closures and other circumstances. (limit of 8 mile radius)

Mot expiry may be a concern in future months also but we are here to help with that too.
