This month we brought together our managers and network members at the gallery at Leicester City F.C. Our goal was to align on our mission and share key data and insights, helping every partner and manager better understand where we are as a company and where we’re heading.

It was great to catch up face to face, talk about the industry, our plans for the future and how we can keep improving together.

We also celebrated our top branches for their industry leading NPS scores, something we’re all really proud of 👏

One thing we always believe is that hard work deserves to be recognised. ⭐️

With the warmer weather this week, we arranged for an ice cream van to visit the Allscreens office as a small thank you to the team for everything they do day in, day out. It was great to see everyone taking a break, enjoying the sunshine, and having a chat together away from the usual pace of the day.

Mark Payne is celebrating 39 years in the windscreen industry.

He started in the trade on 18 April 1988 at age 18 as a Trainee Technician, progressing to Branch Manager in Leicester by 1993.

Over the years, he has seen major changes including rising customer expectations, advances in technology, larger and more complex commercial glass, ADAS, and changes to MOT law in the early 1990s.

When asked what he would change, his answer is simple: nothing. He values the people he has worked with and the chance to support and mentor others.

The most rewarding part of the role is seeing businesses succeed and people grow beyond what they thought possible.

Great visit to the NEC Health & Safety Expo this week ⛑️

Mollie, Elaine and Klaudia from our H&S team attended and shared some great feedback. They enjoyed meeting new people within the Health and Safety Industry and gaining insight into some of the innovative solutions on the market.

Events like this are a brilliant reminder of how much our industry continues to evolve.
