Customer booked in for a DPF clean.

Diagnostics carried out and visual inspection found dry black soot in tail pipe combined with P2003 and very low DPF differential pressure, our conclusion is an internally damaged DPF rather than a blocked one.

A DPF clean only helps if the DPF is blocked with soot or ash.
