Do you have a driving test booked and you’re looking for an earlier date?

Have you swapped it only a maximum of once since 31st March?

These are tests I’m looking to help some of my clients swap.

Test swap opportunities

2nd July 0857 Cannock street.
Looking for end august, beginning September at Cannock street, Melton or Loughborough. Would consider Wigston too.

3rd July 1004 Cannock street
Looking last week of August /1st week September
Will take Cannock street , Loughborough, melton and perhaps Wigston

4th august 1014 melton.
Looking for November dates at melton.

The switch needs to be completed by 19th June 1700 hrs

So… change 3 of 3 to driving tests and how they are booked, swapped and cancelled has landed.

The headlines are..

1) 2 swaps maximum then you have to cancel it.

2) Only the person taking the test can book it, swap it, or cancel it now. Even if someone else booked it to begin with.

3) You can only move it to the three closest test centres based on where it’s booked now.

Taking a driving test this year?

Be careful when responding to adverts promising test dates, switches and the promise of a test at the end of a week of lessons etc…

The DVSA have and will be cancelling tests that the learner themselves did not personally acquire.
Then you’ll be put on a restricted list where you can only get a future driving test date by calling in.
Online access will be removed from your licence number.

How did you get on?

I’ve spaces for new faces from June and July in manual and auto.
It’s usually 4 months minimum for a start date with me.
But these recent test passes have opened very limited spaces sooner.

Usually I’m busy months ahead. Folk do wait to work with me because of the results I get.
After a run of recent test passes and those who passed now vacating sessions they were clever enough to plan for and now no longer need. I have very limited availability and spaces for new faces.

Might be just enough for someone to see if after numerous setbacks, fails and after not making any progress where they are, if I might be the right person to help them.

Here’s the current list of dates that became available with the passes recently.

First time pass alert !!
One minor fault alert !
2 test passes on the same day alert!!

Today on an overcast 🌫️ and rainy 🌧️ day Keli passed her test with a great confident drive and at the first attempt!
Just 1 minor (driver) faults

Keli could suffer with nerves and doubt and we found some coping mechanisms to keep calm no matter what !

If you’re 17 in 2027 then apply for your licence now.
You can apply from 15 years and 9 months.
So apply now, study the theory test now.
There’s nothing to stop you! Your licence will then turn up dated for your 17th birthday (category 😎 and you could then even have your theory test arranged too before driving lesson one.

You could pass your theory really close to, or on your 17th birthday. You could already have lessons arranged this year for next year. You’ll be months ahead of most others and could be ready for a driving test so much sooner if you did!

Very Limited spaces in auto for a September start and in manual for a June start due to some recent passes.
