The owner of this Audi S4 reported a rubber-like noise when braking and driving over uneven road surfaces.

Following a thorough inspection, we identified that both front lower trailing arm bushes were heavily worn and in very poor condition. To accurately pinpoint the source of the noise, we used a diagnostic stethoscope, allowing us to determine where the highest noise levels were being generated.

After confirming the fault, the worn components were replaced, restoring the vehicle's ride quality and eliminating the unwanted noise.

Another diagnostic day in the workshop.

This 2020 Audi A7 came to us following a front-end impact. During our initial inspection, it appears a third party has previously fitted a used bumper and unfortunately glued it into place.

To carry out a proper diagnosis, we now need to remove the bumper and fully inspect the wiring and electrical connections behind it. Modern Audis rely heavily on correctly fitted components and calibrated systems, so repairs like this need careful attention.

We’ll update the customer once we’ve completed a deeper inspection — hopefully there are no further surprises 😐

Another Audi came into the workshop with an ADAS fault.

After carrying out diagnostics, we identified a faulty cruise control button which required replacement. More fiddly than difficult, but once the new part was installed, we completed all necessary basic settings and carried out a final road test.

Happy to report everything is now working exactly as it should! ✅

This Audi Q5 came to us after visiting several different workshops for an ongoing fault that had proven difficult to diagnose.

Following a full diagnostic inspection and identifying a number of additional faults, we were able to pinpoint the cause of the reported issue. As shown in the image, the prop shaft and heat shield were making contact with each other. The shiny marks visible on both components confirmed the source of the noise/fault.

After a minor adjustment to the heat shield, the issue was fully rectified.
