Last week we got this 2017 VW Golf GTI in as a non-starter with no power at all. After extensive diagnostic, we found that the problem was one of the wire on the main harness that's got corroded after a contact with water.

We did save a customer from extremely expensive repair as the main dealer would have replaced the whole wiring loom.

Shocking, especially that the car is only 5 years old and covered only 36K miles.
