Some of the recent work carried out by the lads

🤙🏻 - intercooler fitted to a t5.1 that was facelifted to t6 by us
🤙🏻 - custom sub box made and fitted with a sourced matching car carpet fitted
🤙🏻 - rocker cover gaskets replaced on a mondeo st220 3.0v6
🤙🏻- new window regulator fitted to a beautiful range rover
🤙🏻- new front bumper sourced and fitted with the addition of running lights to upgrade the look
🤙🏻 - collapsed egr valve replaced on a 1 series bmw
🤙🏻 - brakes pads new abs sensors and shocks fitted to a good friend of tbe garages car as well as both oxygen sensors

Need something fixing give us a shout we might just have the answer 😏

The importance of mechanical fault finding. Not just throwing parts of the back of a diagnostic machine

So lets set the stage.

Vw t5.1 2014 showing engine management light and flashing coil light.

Diagnostic computer states maf fault and boost conditions not met. The forums say the turbo is blown the maf sensor is bad and many other wonderful things, none of which where the actual problem. So after reading the fault codes we set about looking at the obvious first we did a smoke test. Boom problem found and noneof which was related to the faults the computer told us.

Actual culprit - failed inter cooler

So imter cooler changed second smoke test done and a quick scan to confirm and all faults have now gone.

So moral of the story let someone check it over as temu scanners dont always tell you full story 🤙🏻

Infinity bass link mini fitted to a transit custom camper.

A nice little project to help a friend of the garage after we're involved in a rear end shunt we repair resprayed and converted the barn doors to a hatch but we couldn't leave it the replaced the wheels and rear lights carpeted the inside ans well as fitted lights painted the calipers to tie it all together fitted a lovely looking front bumper and updated the stereo and speakers put a fresh mot on it and returned it back to the customer 😀 we do love saving these T4s
