Looks like someone’s lowered it… but this wasn’t intentional 😬

This BMW 7 Series arrived sitting far too low. Underneath, we found an air suspension pipe that had rubbed through, leaving the compressor working overtime.

This Audi S3 is keeping its original hardware, with a Stage 1 calibration targeting a jump from 300 to around 360 bhp.

That’s a 20% increase — although asking Rob to confirm the maths turned into a workshop discussion of its own… 😂

This blue TT RS is in for a do88 intercooler, Forge carbon intake and turbo intake pipe, alongside an EcoTune Stage 1 calibration.

Rob takes us through the hardware with the front bumper off, then shows the finished setup once it’s all back together. Plenty going on behind that grille!

BRICKED ECU!

This BMW E90 325d came into us on a recovery truck with a non starting issue after having a new battery fitted at another garage.

Initally it was suspected that the battery hadnt been coded into the car but after more investigation we noticed the ecu pins had been mullered.

We sent the ECU off to a specialist who texted it and fixed the pins and what happens once we it arrived back?! Starts FIRST TIME!

What would you have guessed the issue was?

Who says a track car has to be a GTI or Golf R? 👀

This Golf TDI arrived after its turbo compressor wheel decided to leave the chat. Rather than fitting a standard replacement, the owner has taken the opportunity to upgrade the whole package.

It’s now getting a hybrid turbo, Sachs Performance clutch, 034 motorsport subframe mounting kit and upgraded radiator.

A properly thought-out diesel track build—and something a little different from the usual petrol choices!

This SEAT failed its MOT with an electronic parking-brake fault...but the handbrake wasn’t the real problem.

After stripping back the dashboard and tracing the wiring, Martyn found corrosion inside the connectors caused by a leaking rear washer pipe. Previous repairs had patched around the damaged wiring, but corrosion was still hiding inside the plug.

We’re repairing both ends of the loom properly to give the customer a permanent fix, not another temporary patch.

Joey’s Golf R was in for some important drivetrain maintenance: a Gen 5 Haldex service and DSG service.

For us, a Haldex service isn’t simply draining and replacing the oil. We remove the pump, clean the gauze where contamination can collect, and refill the system with the correct fluid.

The DSG was serviced during the same visit using an oe standard filter and the correct oil.
