At 35 joined dvsa working as a driving examiner conducting driving tests and then taxi testing also going into schools to deliver arrive alive courses to schools. Ex ADI ( approved driving Instructor)


2014 qualified as a SE (senior examiner)

Conducting adi part two, three and check tests

What an incredible 2-week journey for Carl! 👏🚗💨

Carl travelled all the way from Middlesbrough to Leeds, staying in an Airbnb for the duration of his intensive driving course — completely focused on one goal: PASS!

And PASS he did! 🏆🥇

Before his official test, Carl completed 2 mock tests:
✅ Mock Test 1 with Bossman — PASSED
✅ Mock Test 2 with our Manager Amber — PASSED
✅ Official DVSA Practical Driving Test — PASSED! 🎉

🎯 Result: PASS — NO FAULTS!

But the best part came from the examiner herself…

After seeing Carl’s driving, she asked how long he had been learning.
