I’m reaching out to the local biking community to ask for help in giving my Dad John the special send off he deserves. He will be travelling in a motorbike & sidecar hearse.
My Dad was a biker in his younger days, back when his health allowed him to enjoy it. Sadly, as time has gone on, many of his biker friends have passed away, and we would absolutely love to have the biker community involved for one final ride in his honour. 🏍️❤️
His funeral is on Thursday 5th November, and we will be leaving the family home at the top of Butterbowl Drive ls125bs in Old Farnley at 2:10pm, proceeding to Cottingley Crematorium.
We would love to know if any local bikers, motorcycle clubs or scooter riders would be willing to join us and ride in convoy to Cottingley crematorium. Even if you didn’t know my Dad personally, it would mean the absolute world to our family to have you there to help give him the send-off he would have loved.
We would be so grateful for any help, and please share this post to help us reach as many local bikers as possible.
