I get all the best jobs 😂 initially this Vauxhall Astra came in with a misfire, a very common failure on these engines is the ignition coil upon inspection it was clear why as the rocker cover gasket had failed filling the spark plug compartments with oil and contaminating the ignition coil,after removing said rocker cover to replace the gasket it was found to be very dirty with carbon build up and a bit of a clean up was needed, all done n back to a happy customer.

Vauxhall astra in not sounding quite right,upon inspection the exhaust wasn’t on the best of condition, a full new system was sourced including a new oxygen sensor and fitted in the same day n back to a very happy customer.

Mercedes Vito in with an adblue malfunction seems someone who had worked on it prior decided the factory mounting and routing points weren’t to their liking so routed it over the prop shaft with a tie wrap to hold it away from it, the tie wrap failed and left the adblue feed pipe rubbing on the prop causing a short in the wiring, after fitting a new pipe the right way and clearing the fault codes the van was back in working order and back to the customer.
