Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 3 part clutch kit rebuild and flywheel grind!

One of our contract customers called last week with an issue on an E200 clutch that had seen much better days!

ADL have no stock and no due dates. We remanufactured the kit & flywheel for LESS than you can buy the pressure plate and drive plate for!

The release bearing had pushed through the diaphragm spring, clutch disc had completely stripped itself of any friction material and the flywheel needed a grind as it had some lovely grooves from the metal on the clutch plate.

2 days later, the clutch is now shiny and ready to go back in!
