This Mini came in with a horrible timing chain rattle, we replaced the timing chain kit, removed the sump to check for any debris and replaced the engine oil and filter… the engine now sounds healthy and the customer doesn’t have to worry about complete failure causing massive damage with a huge bill 🔧 👨‍🔧

Another day another timing belt!

Have you checked when yours is due? every timing belt has intervals (years or mileage) and although sometimes its not the cheapest of things to change it can save you thousands in the long run!

Call us on 01926 311867 and we can check your intervals for you 🔧🛠

Is servicing your car really that important? In short the answer is yes! Most definitely! Although it’s not mandatory regular servicing prolongs the life of your vehicle and saves you money in the long run!

The first couple of photos come from the common Ford eco boost engine, incorrect/poor oil causes the oil pump strainer to block not allowing sufficient flow of oil, luckily got to this one before it caused engine failure!

Second picture is the difference between new and old pollen filters 🤢changed on every major service here at Comptons 😀

Call us today to get booked In on 01926 311867 🛠🔧
