DEPOT MANAGER (Ref – DM/26/09)

Based in the Omagh depot the post holder will be required to lead a multi-disciplined team and will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all aspects of the Company’s aftersales operations at this site.

The post holder will:
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Achieve Business Plan objectives measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within financial constraints.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of Scania’s Dealer Operating Standards.
• Conduct day-to-day personnel management.
• Ensure the site remains Health & Safety compliant.
• Provide feedback, coaching and practical leadership.
• Build and develop close working relationships with customers.

Essential criteria include:
• GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
• A full clean driving licence.
• Experience in a managerial post.
• Firm understanding of the key aspects of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Desirable criteria include:
• Technical knowledge and experience.
• Experience within a dealership environment.
• Experience of using Autoline software.

SERVICE ADVISOR - (REF: SA/26/08)

Based in Omagh and reporting to the Senior Service Advisor, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of administration within the Service Department; from vehicle scheduling to accepting customer payments. The key tasks will include workshop loading, job card creation, preparing estimates, recharging sublet invoices and liaising with workshop staff and customers in order to provide progress updates and obtain authorisation for repairs.

Essential criteria:
• GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team.

VEHICLE PREPARATION SPECIALIST - (Ref – VPS/26/08)

Location: Larne, Co. Antrim
Reporting to: Sales Coordinator

This role offers a clear progression path. You will start by mastering the preparation and valeting of our new and used vehicles. Once you have built a deep understanding of our standards and products, we will provide the training and support needed to progress into a Handover Specialist role—helping with the final customer experience and technical walkthroughs.
Your Progression Journey
• Phase 1 (Preparation): Learning the Scania standard, ensuring every new and used truck is valeted and presented to "showroom" perfection.
• Phase 2 (Training): Gaining technical product knowledge and customer service coaching.
• Phase 3 (Handover Specialist): Involved in the final handover process, delivering & demonstrating vehicle features to drivers.

Essential Criteria
• Proven experience in vehicle preparation, valeting, or a similar hands-on role.
• A full, clean driving licence.
• A "customer-first" mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A flexible approach to working hours and a keen eye for detail.

Desirable Criteria
• Full, clean category C + E licence and valid CPC (this will significantly accelerate your progression).
• Forklift licence.

Essential criteria include:
• GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full clean Category C + E driving licence
• CPC qualification
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable criteria include:
• Category D (coach and bus) driving licence
• Forklift licence.
