Lovely big 4.2TDI V8 up in Perth 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 receiving some SP treatment. With just over 160k and this Cayenne returned a perfect health check and was ready for some Gearbox & Engine Software. Applying a tune for both focusing mainly on drivability, the owner wasn’t too bothered with numbers but having driveability maximised on this big bus.

With these having a main ECU & Slave ECU we have to write one after another. This isn’t an issue at all but just a slightly longer process!

Now sporting round about 450BHP paired with 950Nm of torque😮‍💨

Diagnostics on this 2018 Peugeot 3008.
- DPF wasn’t regenerating, not even allowing forced regen.
- AdBlue Dash Error Present

We found codes relating to the Cat Temp Sensors, after confirming voltage was present and the sensors themselves were at fault we got them changed out. DPF regeneration carried out and faults cleared, this then made the adblue fault present. We got to work applying our Adblue Solution for this.
Once carried out through bench, no more faults. DPF and EGR still fully functional. 🤝 back on the road!

It’s always a pleasure working on these 335d’s our Stage 1 software completely changes these N57s!
This 335d in particular was already tuned unaware to the owner but he didn’t think the car felt right torque wise, he felt it was “confused” and contacted us.
We took the ECU out and had a look at what was going on, and made the decision to flash back completely stock and start again.

Fair to say the owner was over the moon, he also opted with going for 8HP Tuning, we create our own custom calibrations and chose to do this over Xhp and the likes so that we can match torque limits and personalise in correlation with the ECU Calibration!🤝

We had this lovely 2020 SDV6 Vogue in for a few bits & diagnostics. The jeep currently had an AdBlue Solution on it, and was showing Reductant faults & O2 faults.
Upon inspection the current solution on the EDC17CP55 was missing a few Nox maps- not an issue we corrected the missing maps and the reductant codes had disappeared along with the O2 faults, until shortly after…
O2 codes returned and with all of our checks and the codes pointing to the pre-cat O2 sensor heater element (the sensor was receiving power etc) so we replaced the sensor and the car returned with some MAF codes along with the O2 faults still present… ???

Now what we should have done at the beginning is flashed the car fully back to stock… So this was a lesson for us. We found the stock file to match and restarted a full new AdBlue solution. After this all faults had disappeared along with the EML and the Vogue was back to running to its full ability.

We finished with fresh OEM oil and filter service and a full valet! Ready to return back to the owner.

A lovely T-Roc R in for some Stage 1 ECU Software. These are lovely and a nice change from a MK7 R!
This one sitting nicely at 360BHP & 460Nm 📈 with our ECU software! We also enhanced the crackles in Race only.
We applied a base tune and took the owner out for some datalogging to prove first hand how their car was performing afterwards 🤝
